We are all unique and each training programme is tailored to the individual and the individual's needs.
Assessment and Goal Setting
Once you engage me as your Personal Trainer your first session is a health and fitness assessment and an opportunity to set realistic goals. Goal setting is one of the most important parts of making a life change.
The goals I help you set will be:
- Specific – a personal goal is unique to you and is exactly what you wish to accomplish
- Measurable – with a measurable goal it is easy to see changes and improvements
- Attainable – small, exclusive, personal steps lead to the success of larger goals
- Realistic – a realistic goal is more likely to be reached. That doesn’t mean it is low goal, only that you really believe in achieving it
- Timely – a set time limit is tangible no limit leads to no urgency and is not achieved
The fitness assessment is exclusive to every individual and will be the corner stone of your future health and life style.
The bespoke programme will be assessed and adjusted over time and as you reach your goals
Training with Friends
If you feel that training in a group is the thing of you then what about personal training in a small group. The training is tailor-made to your group's needs and requirements and is highly effective with a friendly edge of competitiveness and fun.
Indoor Circuit Training
A group session in a pleasant indoor location
This full body workout is aimed at all levels of fitness. Within the group each person can work at their own level. If you are used to training this can be at high intensity, but equally, if you are a beginner the session can be tailored to your individual ability just as easily.

Exercise Easy Outdoors!
Feel the exhilaration of training outside in the fresh early morning and have the benefits of personal training but in a larger group of up to 10 people.
